The website presents our company and examples of our work, and lets you contact us. You may browse it and share links to it freely.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or place an automated load on it that would degrade the service for others.

The texts, photographs, videos, the logo and the design of this site belong to us or are used with the permission of their owners. They may not be copied, published or used commercially without our prior written consent.

The photographs of completed projects are published with the knowledge of the clients concerned.

Completed projects are shown to illustrate the kind of work we do. The scope, materials, duration and price of any particular job depend on its specific conditions, and nothing shown here is an offer or a guarantee of the same result.

Sending the contact form does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to anything. It is an enquiry — we will read it and get back to you. Any actual work is agreed in a separate written contract.

Please send only information that is genuinely yours to send, and keep it accurate; we act on what you write.

We aim to keep the website available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Information on the site is published in good faith and kept up to date as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error at every moment.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from reliance on information published on it.

The site links to our profiles on social networks and possibly to other third-party sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it; their own terms and privacy rules apply there.

These terms and any relationship arising from the use of the website are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

A consumer may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for the out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute.
